Karl Rove’s Insane Assertion That Hillary Has Brain Damage

ROVE

The last time many of us saw Karl Rove was on Election night 2012, when Fox News Anchor Megyn Kelly called him out asking, “are these your numbers Karl” as Rove squirmed about the set in denial that President Obama had won his second term.

Now the man who many believe has been lying to the American people for years is making the insane assertion that Hillary Clinton has brain damage and is not mentally fit to run for president.

Over the weekend, a desperate Rove repeatedly suggested that Hillary Clinton has had a brain injury.“Thirty days in the hospital?” he told a conference audience, according to the New York Post, “And when she reappears, she’s wearing glasses that are only for people who have traumatic brain injury? We need to know what’s up with that.”

A spokesperson for Hillary Clinton laughed out loud at Rove’s wild assertion and then stated that her heath was “100 per cent. Period,” adding, “Karl Rove has deceived the country for years, but there are no words for this level of lying.”

Rove tried to back track on Fox News yesterday, saying “I didn’t say she had brain damage, she had a serious health episode,” he told the right wing news network, suggesting that her hospitalization in January 2013 for a blood clot could thwart her presidential ambitions.

“My point was that Hillary Clinton wants to run for President. … She would not be human if this didn’t enter in as a consideration,” he continued, predicting the health episode “will be an issue in the 2016 race. Any presidential candidate is asked for all their health records.”

With early poll numbers indicating that Clinton would win easily over a number of potential GOP candidates, you can expect Rove and the Republican propaganda machine to come up with more ridiculous claims about the former Secretary of State if she decides to run in 2016.
