Petraeus Whistle Blower Jill Kelley Involved In Shady Charity

This article was viewed 1,753 times

One of the women at the center of the David Petraeus sex scandal seems to have a bit of a checkered past. Jill Kelley is not only millions of dollars in debt, she also founded a cancer research charity that was run out of her home, the only problem is that Kelley never spent a dime of the donated money to research.

Kelley and her husband Scott operated the charity out of one of their mansions, the Doctor Kelley Cancer Foundation claimed on its tax forms that it “shall be operated exclusively to conduct cancer research and to grant wishes to terminally ill adult cancer patients.”

But all of the initial seed money that was raised was spent on parties, entertainment, travel and attorney fees and not cancer research.

Records show that by the end of 2007, the Kelley’s charity had gone bankrupt, having conveniently spent exactly the same amount of money, $157,284, as it started with and not a dollar more, according to its 990 financial form. Of that, $43,317 was billed as “Meals and Entertainment,” $38,610 was assigned to “Travel,” another $25,013 was spent on legal fees, and $8,822 went to “Automotive Expenses.”

The Kelley’s charity also spent $12,807 on office expenses and supplies, which seems a bit high for a charity that is run out of your home. The shady couple also billed $7,854 for utilities and telephones of their home to their charity.

Natalie Khawam, who happens to be Jill Kelley’s sister, is listed as the only other officer of the charity that spent zero on cancer research. Khawam also filed chapter 7 bankruptcy, owing creditors well over a million dollars.

How despicable! I hope that the IRS and the state of Florida takes action against these three crooks for fraud and theft. What absolute trash these three are. Which begs the question, why on earth would two decorated generals write letters on behalf of the crazy crook of the twin sister?

As a cancer survivor and pediatric cancer nurse this is totally unacceptable. The sister Natalie Khawam is an attorney, she needs to be disbarred , the husband Scott Kelley needs to have his medical license revoked and the three of them charged criminally for fraud and punished accordingly. People that run these types of scams cause mistrust of all charities discouraging people from donating to those organizations which actually do use donations for research, and to help people financially afford cancer treatment.

So – this is what will play out. They are swingers. There is a nude resort outside of Tampa that Jil has been seen at with different gentleman and she is “always the center of attention.” Not because of her looks (hardly!), but because of her extreme openess to please in anyway possible.
Her husband (evidently) gets off by allowing her to be with powerful people.. They (allegedly!) even have video of some of the liasons..

This is going to BLOW UP big!

        Hey POJ,

I’ve been trying to research the swinger angle for the last 3 days but came up with nothing, all I have is this reader comment so I can’t publish anything on this. If you hear anything, email me at scottstjohn27@yahoo.com
