English Man Kills Wife Over Breaking His Star Wars Toys

Ricky La Touche will be spending the rest of his life behind bars for suffocating his wife with a pillow. Not that long ago in a galaxy not that far away, La Touche met Pornpilai Srisroy in 2001 and married two years later, but he claims the love soured and she eventually turned to the dark side.

La Touche said his 28-year-old wife ruined his Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader memorabilia, and after years of abuse and having his toys broken, La Touche snapped like a Sith Warrior and pounced on her, suffocating her to death, which I guess is better than being cut in half by a light saber.

“We argued and she said she was going to make my life hell,” he told police. “She’s put me through it before. She said I was a little short to be a storm trooper, I couldn’t let that happen again.” Obviously the force wasn’t with him. “I then just remember getting up from on top of her,” he said to police that night, according to the London Telegraph. “I think I’ve choked her.”

La Touche will have the rest of his life to work on his Jedi skills in a 6 by 8 foot cell. He will be up for parole in 12 years. For more on this story, check out our friends at [NY DailyNews]
