News Burner Photo of the Day: The Crossroads of the World

This is a message to all the candidates that have come before us in this primary season and elections past: THIS IS WHAT CHANGE LOOKS LIKE! How many ineffective politicians have run on this one word and they serve their time in office, leave and nothing changes. There’s a line from and old Who song that says, “Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.” We all saw what the media dubbed “the Arab Spring”,” well welcome to the American Fall. It’s time for our elected officials to listen to the people and force a real change in the laws that regulate the banks and the financial institutions in this country. The 99% are asking to be heard, it’s time to listen Mr President, you ran on the premise of change. Just don’t talk the talk. It’s time to walk the walk.

The Republican candidates need to listen too. I think Bush is more to blame than anyone. But since the 99% paid for the wars with their childrens blood and is still paying, and their grandchildren and great-grandchildren will be paying – the 1% that the war was faught for should pay as well. They need to cough or choke up some taxes….
This whole situation is ridiculous. It’s history repeating itself. This is why we wanted to get out of the clutches of a monarhy. This so called rebuplic isn’t much better.
Change – it’s going to happen – we just have to choose sides wisely
